I don’t have much to write right now. I’m studying, or trying to, mostly. Had a meeting with my teacher about the field study today. I’m excited to get started with it, but I have to finish this course’s assignments before I dive into it. Need to finish the term paper about the future of global health…
Been studying a lot lately. The field study that starts the week after next takes up a lot of time and especially worrying and stressing time in my brain. It’s still a bit up in the air, but as soon as everything is in order I’ll sit down and write a proper update about it.
Now I want to finish my term paper, so I can focus fully on the project, and not have too much hanging over me when my family comes next week.
Wish me luck…
Over on Nomadic Matt’s travel blog I found an old article written by a guest blogger. It was a very good, and well written, guide to traveling the Trans-Siberian Railway. I love traveling by train, and traveling in Russia is definitively high on my non-existing list of things I want to see and/or do. If you’re interested, you can read the article here.
After dinner at the Italian restaurant it’s time to watch the semifinal Sweden against Finland.
I love the food here in Thailand, even if I sometimes can get tired of it and really crave things like cheeseburgers, pizza or something very swedish like a “semla” (which is more of a cake, but still). One of my favorite foods here is fried rice. Look at this one!
That’s right, I’ve been studying and sending emails… Not going to bore you with the details. Here, have a picture from our first week here in Thailand instead.
That was such a hot day, we all thought we would die.
Went to Starbucks to study today. It’s a good thing I’m quite caught up on the schoolwork because I didn’t get much done… Again… And now I’m watching cross country skiing, not even trying to get anything done.
